  • Day 01:   Arrival pick up transfer to Hotel and Orientation.  Pick-up at Tribhuvan International Airport , meeting with your guide and transfer to Hotel. First impressions of Kathmandu – walk to medieval Kathmandu Durbar Square and explore the beautiful complex of palaces, temples, shrines and courtyards built by the ancient Nepali kings between the 12th and 18th century. We also discover Thamel –  the vibrant tourist area with hotels, restaurants and outdoorshops.Briefing hotel where we will be discussing the technicalities of the trek..In the evening you enjoy a welcome dinner with cultural Dance. Overnight stay at Hotel
  • Day 02 :  Trek preparation and Sightseeing Kathmandu  After Breakfast at hotel start Sightseeing with private van to Pasupatinah, the most important Hindu temples of Nepal with the sacred burning ghats located at the holy Baghmati river and Boudhanath the biggest Buddhist stupa in South Asia and Swoyambhunath also known as Monkey Temple.Afternoon checking and arranging trekking gears. Overnight stay at Hotel
  • Day 03:   Flight to Lukla (2850m) – Trek to Phading (2640m) In the early morning we drive to Tribhuvan Airport to connect our fly to Lukla – flight time app. 40 minutes from Kathmandu.  After breakfast in Lukla (2 850 m) we start trekking through beautiful settlements to join soon the main trail in Churi Kharka.  We follow the east bank of the Dudh Koshi- the River of Milk- where you witness the typical Nepal terrace culture, slate roofed houses and views on Kusum Kangaru (5 579 m). We reach Phakding(2 640 m) after 3 – 4 h gentle walking.Overnight stay at lodge Phakding
  • Day 05:   Acclimatizing day at Namche Bazaar (3440m)  Rest day in Namche. Optional walk to the Sherwi Khangba  Sherpa Culture Museum or dayhike to the Hotel Everest View in Khumjung village (3 700 m) and Khundi Hospital in Khundi Village, the first hospital build in Khumbu Region by Sir Edmund Hillary and Himalayan Trust in 1966. Overnight stay at Namche Namche Bazaar.
  • Day 06:   Trek to Tengboche (3860m)  Trek to Tengboche (3 860 m), 5-6 hour long hike from Namche Bazaar. The first part of trail is a winding smooth path which offers fantastic views on Mount Everest (8 848 m), Thamserku (6 618 m), Ama Dablam (6 814 m). After the trail goes down to the riverbank and then we make a strenuous 2 hour ascend to Tengboche. We walk through rhododendron forests where musk deer and Himalayan ‘tahr’ or mountain goat live. Atthe rest place you can enjoy the views towards Kantega mountain  (6 783 m). Tengboche, is famed for the Buddhist Tengboche Monastery (where you can attend the daily puja), Cafe Tengboche and the view point.Overnight tay at Tengboche,
  • Day 07:   Trek to Namche (3440m) From Tengboche the trail drops sharply down to the Dudh Kosi and the village of Phunki, where we cross the river, and up toward Namche Bazaar, winding high above the river with views north towards Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse.Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.
  • Day 08:   Trek to Lukla (2600m) We start this 6 hours during trek with a streneous descent from Namche Bazaar to the Dud Kosi (hard work for the knees), after the path climbs up to Monjo and then runs easily to Benkar, Phakding and Lukla. Overnight stay at Lukla.
  • Day 09:   Fly to Kathmandu After breakfast we fly in about 40 minutes from Lukla to Kathmandu . Arrive at Tribhuvan Airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.

  • Day 4: Trek Namche Bazaar (3440m) Today we make a challenging hike to Namche Bazaar (3 440 m), situated at 6-7 hours walking from Phakding. We climb up along the west bank of the Dudh Kosi to the tiny village of Toktok. We get our first glimpse of Thamserku peak (6 608 m) and reach Benkar (2 710 m). The cliffs above the village are decorated with huge paintings of Buddhist deities. We cross the colorful suspension bridge and enter the Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo (2 840 m). After Jorsale we follow the riverbank over gravel, climb through a pine forest and cross the Dudh Kosi by a big suspension bridge. Then we face a continuous zigzag ascent of 2 hours through dense pine forests. In the early evening we reach the vibrant center of Namche Bazar, on of the most attractive settlements of Solu-Khumbu district. Overnight stay at lodge Namche Bazaar.

  •  Day 7: Trek to Dingboche(4410m) Trek to Dingboche (4 410 m), 6-7 hours walking from Tengboche. We descend through conifer and rhododendron forest to the beautiful settlement Deboche where you have a close view at Ama Dablam. We cross the suspension bridge and look over the surging white waters of ImjaRiver. Soon after a snow white stupa with gorgeous all seeing eyes is mirroring the Ama Dablam, this is a marvelous place for a picture! Then the trail ascents gently to the village of Pangboche (3 860 m), where we climb above the treeline. After, the trail passes numerous farmer pastures with big yak populations before we reach Dingboche valley. Overnight stay at lodge Dingboche
  •  Day 8: Rest day in Dingboche (4410m)  Optional acclimatization trek (5-6 hours) to the remote village of Chhukung (4 730 m) and Chhukung Ri (top) located at 5 550 m. We have magnificent sights at Island Peak (6 189 m), Amphulapche (5 663 m), Baruntse Base Camp (5 400m) and the white ice lake of Imja Tsho. Overnight stay at lodge Dingboche.
  • Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4910m) After ascending 150 m up to the main road, we reach a viewpoint where we have outstanding sights at Tawachee (6 495 m) and Cholatse peak (6 440m).After our lunch camp in Dugla (4 620m) the trail goes directly up the gravely terminal moraine of the Khumbu glaciers for about one hour. The trail leads to a row of memorial monuments of lost climbers and sherpas. The trail then drops a little and follows the western side of the valley to Lobuche. After four to five hours hiking we reach the small settlement of Lobuche which is situated at 4 930 m.Overnight stay at lodge Lobuche.
  •  Day 10: Trek to Gorak Shep (5140m) – Afternoon Everest Base Camp Visit (5364m) The ascent to Gorak Shep (5 160 m) becomes steeper and rougher as we cross several moraines. Soon we see the peak of Pumori (7 145m). We also have our first views at Nuptse (7 864 m), Kala Pattar (5 545 m) and Mount Everest. At the right side you look over the Khumbu Glacier, an enormous tongue of ice which marches down the slopes of Everest. We reach Gorak Shep by lunchtime and trek to Base Camp in the afternoon. In total we hike six-seven hours today. We sleep in a lodge at Gorakskhep, a semi-permanent village at the bottom of the Khumbu Icefall. We enjoy our wonderful in the shadow of the highest peak of the world! Overnight stay at lodge Gorakshep.
  •  Day 11: Trek to Pheriche (4240m) Early morning we climb to Kala Pattar – the Black Rock – located at 5 545 m and marked by a tangle of prayer flags. At this viewpoint – one of the most astonishing views on earth- you have a 360 degree panorama of Himalayan giants from Pumori and Lobuche West to Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest. We return back to Gorak Shep via the view points of the ice lakes of Pumori and Everest.After breakfast we return in 4 hours back to Pheriche located at (4 240 m),Overnight stay at lodge Pheriche.
  •  Day 12: Pheriche- Tengboche (3860m) We descend the valley of the Imja Khola, trek through the village of Dingboche with its stone walled potatoe fields and the highest year round settlement in the valley. The Pangboche Gompa (monastory) is the oldest in the Khumbu Region. From there we have a gentle climb to the tiny village of Deboche past mani walls deep in a rhododendron forest along the trail climb to Tengboche through a forest of birches conifers and rhododendrons. The singular beauty of Ama Dablam, standing isolated from all other mountains provides a spectacular backdrop and reminder of the height of Himalayan peaks. Overnight stay at lodge Pheriche.
  •  Day 13: Trek to Namche (3440m)  From Tengboche the trail drops sharply down to the Dudh Kosi and the village of Phunki, where we cross the river, and up toward Namche Bazaar, winding high above the river with views north towards Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse.Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport, meet with guide , assist and transfer to the Hotel where there will be welcome refreshments followed by room check-in – assistance. Shortly afterwards, a short briefing about the trip is given in the hotel’s lobby.   • Day 02: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation day 4 hrs sightseeing. After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of the ancient Kathmandu City, which includes visit to the Hanuman Dhoka (Kathmandu Durbar Square)- an ancient durbar (palace) with its numerous old palaces, temples and pagodas, the Temple of Living Goddess “Kumari”, and Kasthamandap Temple, which is believed to be constructed from the wood of a single tree from which Kathmandu derives its name.After a sightseeing tour Hanuman Dhoka, go on a sightseeing tour of Swyambhunath Stupa situated atop a hill from where you could get a bird’s eye view of Kathmandu valley. The Swayambhunath Stupa is also known as the “Monkey Temple”! Lunch at a nice restaurant in Durbar Marg. Also known as “King’s Way”.After lunch proceed for a sightseeing tour of the Pashupatinath Temple – the Temple of Lord Shiva and the most sacred for the Hindus, which is located in the bank of holy Bagmati River. In addition also visit the Bouddhanath Stupa – an ancient colossal stupa, which is considered one of the biggest and the center of Tibetan Buddhism in the world. O/n at Hotel
  • Day 03: Drive to Charaudi and start Full day rafting- Drive to Pokhara. After early breakfast, start our drive towards the Charaudi-the rafting point. The drive up to the Charaudi is 4 hours along the Kathmandu-Prithivi Highway to the raft-put-in point on the banks of the Trishuli River. On arrival at the river point, meet rafting crew for an on-the-spot-briefing and commence on a full-day White Water Rafting trip. After lunch and a brief rest, wind up rafting trip and continue drive to Pokhara. O/n at Hotel
  • Day 04: Drive to Nayapul – 1 & ½ hrs & start trek Ghandrung (1951m) – 6 hours Am: After breakfast, drive to Nayapul (trek starting point) and start trek to Ghandrung (1951m), which is the second largest Gurung village in Nepal and is a confusing cluster of closely-spaced, slate-roofed houses. Initially trek down to the river for about 10 minutes and cross the new suspension bridge, thus named as Nayapul (New bridge). After crossing the bridge, there is a check post where the National Park entry permit must be purchased prior to starting the trek. Walk further through more terraced fields and bamboo groves on a gentle ascent along hillside and arrive at a riverbed. After about 20 minutes, arrive at the settlement of Shauli Bazaar, which is located along the banks of the Modi River. The trail from here continues to climb steadily for about 2 hours until we arrive at a gate with a signboard saying, “Welcome to Ghandrung”. Dinner & overnight at lodge in Ghandrung.
  • Day 05: Trek to Tadapani (2630m) – 6 hours. After breakfast, trek up to Tadapani (2630m) – a small settlement consisting of about 5-6 Tea Houses with camping grounds set among rhododendron forests with chirping birds and a stream nearby. During the trek look out for some rare birds and pheasants as well as the Langur and Rhesus monkeys. The last forty-five minutes of walking is through a superb forest of giant rhododendrons to reach Tadapani or literally ‘far from the water’, situated at an altitude of 2630 meters.Dinner and overnight at lodge in Tadapani.
  • Day 06:  Trek to Ghorepani (2926m) – 6 hours.     The trail descends from the Village Square and shopping area and then ascends forests and open landscape to arrival at a small village. Continue to climb steadily amidst chirping birds on treetops to arrive at Banthanti, means ‘jungle shelter’ located near a river. There is a further climb to arrive at our lunch spot at Deorali (3180m). After lunch, continue through a dense forest. The trail is a gently undulating one having reached our highest point. After about 1 & ½ hour of trekking through the rhododendron forests along the ride line, arrive at a clearing to get views of the Annapurna South and the Ghorepani village far down below. Descend for 30 minutes to approach the main gate to Ghorepani with a big signboard welcoming trekkers to this village. It is an interesting walk as we pass through this densely populated village of a different ethnic community of Magars. Dinner and overnight at lodge in Ghorepani.
  • Day 07  Trek to Nayapul – 7 hours & Drive to Pokhara. Pre-dawn alert and trek up to the Poon Hill (3200m) to view a magnificent sunrise over the Annapurna Range. The views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range are truly magnificent from Poon Hill.  Shortly afterwards, return back to Ghorepani for breakfast. After breakfast, start trek by going through a subtropical forest and reach the village, Nayathanti (2450m). Continue trek for about one hour to reach Banthanti, from where the forest disappears and seems to be replaced by terraced cultivations that is spread to the village of Ulleri, about thirty minutes away. Climb down a flight of steps for about two hours to reach Hille (1524) from where the descent starts to become easier as one proceeds to Birethanti (1037m). Stop for lunch here. After lunch trek for about half an hour along the banks of the Modi Khola to reach Nayapul. End trek in Nayapul, meet the waiting vehicle and drive to Pokhara for one and a half hour. Upon arrival, check in hotel Shangri-La Village Resort for refreshment and rest. In the late afternoon, go on a boatride on Lake Phewa (Time permitting). Eve:Dinner at a nice lakeside restaurant with local Pokhareli cultural dance and musical program. Overnight at hotel.
  • Day08: Full day Sightseeing tour of Pokhara valley After early breakfast start sightseeing tour of Pokhara. Which includes the visit of Bindebasani Temple, Barahi Temple, Davis falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave and Tibetan Refugee Camp.. O/n at Hotel
  • Day09: Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. After breakfast drive to Pokhara airport for Pokhara Kathmandu flight. Upon arrival in Kathmandu’s Domestic meet waiting vehicle and transfer to the Hotel.O/n at Hotel,
  • Day10: Final departure. Free until final departure transfer to Tribhuvan Airport for final departure
