  • Day 01 :Arrival. Orientation. Shopping for the equipment. A�Included: T, A, D.
    Arrival at Kathmandu (KTM) airport and transfer to your hotel. Short orientation of the location, schedule and optional assistance for purchase of the trekking equipment and gear will be arranged by local tour operator and a�?ZIPA� Travela�? partner a�?Nepal Social Treks & Expeditiona�? after checking-in to the hotel.

  • Day02 :A�Sightseeing Patan, Bhaktapur & trek preparation:-
    Today, morning we will ready after your breakfast to head on for our guided day trip to world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley and visit the highlights of Kathmandu and the surrounding areas. Kathmandua��s historical and spiritual attractions; including the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the famous a�?Monkey Templea�� (Swayambunath) and Buddha Nath, one of the largest stupas in the world. In the afternoon there will be pre-trip discussion where you can meet your trek leader and other team members, as well as ask any questions you may have about the upcoming adventure.     Today early in the morning, we drive about 15 minutes to Tribhuwan domestic Airport. After 30 minutes scenic flight, we will be in Lukla at 2850 mtrs.. After bearkfast & final preparations, .we begin our trek to Phakding (2650 mtrs.). From Lukla youa��ll pass Chaurikharka village and make a descent towards the Dudhkosi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft). The trail follows the bank of the Dudhkosi River until camp at Phakding (2,650m/8,700ft) is reached. To assist acclimatization, this first day is short 4 hours easy walking.. Overnight at Guest House. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner included)

  • Day 04 :Phakding to Namche Bazaar-(5 to 6 hours) 3,440m/11,283ft
    The trek start in the morning and after crossing the suspension bridge over the Dudh-Kosi the walk is pleasant with few short uphill and downhill and re-crossing the same river again with magnificent view of Mt. Thamserku (6,608m/21,675ft) from the Benkar village. Trek continuing crossing the bridges and reaches at Monjo where is entrance gate of the Sagarmatha National Park, where your trekking permit checked and keeps the record of all trekkers going to and from this place including the local trekking staff as well. When enter the National park boundary we descend and a gradual walk brings us to the suspension bridge over the Bhote-Koshi river, after the bridge Jorsalle village is reached, the last village till Namche Bazaar, from here the walk is pleasant on the river bed till the last bridge over the Imjatse river is reached, from here the walk is along the winding uphill path all the way to Namche Bazaar, with magnificent view of Kwangde peak and it other sister peaks towards east with Kusum kangaru on the back as you climb higher, view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse and the closer view of Tawache peak can be seen from some part on the way to Namche. Finally we reach at colorful houses called Namche Bazzar main gate of Khumbu region and overnight stay at hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner included)
  • Day 05 :Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar by exploring Khumjung valley.
    This is a day for an acclimatization to adjust your body with thin air. After breakfast, we explore to Everest view Hotel at 3880m from where you will see spectacular panoramic view of khumbu Himalayas, including Mt Everest, Lhotse, Neptse, Amadamlam, Thamserku, Kwangde, Kwande ri and many other mountains, then trail droops to khumjung valley 3790m/Monanstery where has kept Yeti skul, after visit Monastery come back to Namche. Namche Bazaar is known as the gateway of the Everest. We will take you to a museum too on the same day. There you can see the traditional custom of Sherpa peoples. Besides, a fine view of the Everest and other mountains can be overviewed from this place. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D
  • Day 06 :Trek to Tengboche (3950m).
    The day starts through deep valley towards Kangjoma then trail drops to Fungitanga 3350m and then steadily uphill to Tengboce 3890m through rhododendron forests, a steep ascent will bring you to the famous Tengboche Monastery, with its stunning background of Ama Dablam, Mt. Everest and other peaks. By reaching Tengboche, we visit a monastery known as Tengboche monastery which is most famous and inportant for Sperpa people of Khumbu region. Then you will be taken to observe the prayer ceremony whether in the evening or morning. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
  • Day 07 :Trek to Pangboche (4050 mtrs) 3 hours.
    Therea��s a slight descent early today through lush rhododendron forest, before the gradual climb up to the valleys highest year round settlement of Pangboche (4050m/13,365ft) Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
    Day 08:Trek to Phortse.
    Today you can enjoy another day for acclimatization. This day we will have trip to Chhukung valley, then we return to Dingboche in the evening. We will take you to Chhukung Ri (5546 mtrs) too. From there, we can observe a fifth highest mountain Makalu. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
  • Day 09:Trek to Khumjung village (3790mtrs.) 4-5 hours.
    Today the day starts with descent early through lush forest, before the steep climb up to Mongla pass from where you can have marvelous views of Ama Dablam, Khangtega, Thamserku and Tabuche Himal after that trail leads you gradual decent to Sanasa then again trail leads you gradual up to famous Khumjung village 3790m.
    Our journey Continuing to the Khumjung Monastery where you can see the SKULL OF YETI then trail moves towards the Lodge. Overnight at Guest House. B.L.D.
  • Day 10 :Trek to Thame village (3760 mtrs.) 4-5 hours.
    You leave Khumjung village and head up the Thame valley, todaya��s route starts by climbing up stairs to the up ridge and then decent towards Thame valley by passing Shyang boche airstrip.The trail leads to through the rhododendron and silver fir forests. This valley is off route for most trekking groups and you are likely to find the paths relatively quiet. The village houses are very spread out and your camp in one of the fields surrounding the house of a Sherpa friend. In the afternoon you can visit the small gompa situated on a rocky promontory above the Thame village. Overnight in Thame (3800m) B.L.D.
  • Day 11:Thame to Namche Bazzar 3-4 hour.
    Today the trail starts gradual down hill and easy, scenic valley, river and land scape on the way to Namche. If you trek here in spring season by first/2nd week of April then will see tremendous colorful flowers including rhododendron, primula and many others.
  • Day 12 :Namche Bazaar- Lukla 5-6 hours.
    Today the trail steeply descends to the Hillary Suspension Bridge and then continues on an easy natural trail to Phakding then finally the trail will lead you back to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft). On arrival in Lukla you will have time to relax, stretch those sore legs and celebrate the completion of your trek
  • Day 13 :Fly back to Kathmandu:
    After an early morning flight to Kathmandu, youa��ll head to your hotel. Today is a well-earned day to put up your weary feet and gratefully rediscover all of civilizationa��s perks.This pleasant day you may have full day at leisure and either relax at hotel.
  • Day 14A�: Visit the Monastery in Kathmandu
    Sightseeing tour of Buddhist shrines like Swyambhunath Stupa.You will visit the Kapan Monastery & visit Pharphing with Monastery visit & Chovar Gorge,
  • Day 15 :Kathmandu Lumbini
    After breakfast, we travel overland from Kathmandu to the Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, where has been revered as the place of holy pilgrimage. Lumbini has been included as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO a�� if the time permits, we take you to visit Manakamana Temple, believed as the wish fulfilling goddess by cable car.
    Upon arrival Lumbini, we transfer you to the hotel, check-in and then we go walking through the Sacred Lumbini Garden where the Buddha was born converges on the Ashoka pillar, visit the Maya Devi Temple with its bas-relief sculpture depicting Maya Devi holding on with her right hand to a branch of pipal tree and giving birth to the infant Buddha who stand up on a lotus pedestal.
  • Day 16 :Lumbini Pokhara
    We ride a car to Pokhara, all the way through scenic mountain terrain, its fame rests on the natural beauty of its lakeside location and its proximity to the mountains. Pokhara is the starting point for some of the most famous treks in Nepal, and there are also plenty of short walks and day trips, that can be made around the valley. Stay overnight at hotel.
  • Day 17 :Pokhara
    After breakfast, a full day sightseeing of Pokhara, the most popular destination in Nepal after Kathmandu, spend enjoyably the morning trip along the bank of Phewa Lake, you can admire the stunning view of the Fish Taila��s Peak reflected in the silver surface of the water. You can also see the wonderful Annapurna panorama forms a superb backdrop to Pokhara from the lake. Aside from Phewa Lake, we keep visiting the Seti River gorge a�� one of the best places to see. You will have an opportunity to take a glimpse to the limestone cave of Mahendra Gufa, used to be well-known for its stalactites. Stay overnight at hotel.
  • Day 18 :Pokhara a�� Kathmandu
    After breakfast, start the trip of day with driving back to Kathmandu (5 hours) or taking a morning flight. A welcome back dinner followed by Nepali cultural program. Stay overnight.
  • Day 19 :SightseeingA� in Kathmandu
    Sightseeing tour of Buddhist Shrines You visit shrines such as Chabahil Stupa & Boudhanath Stupa, Around Boudhanath stupa there are so many Stupas visit and drive to Kopan Monastery for dinner and stay overnight.

  • Day 01 :Arrive in Kathmandu
    When you arrive in Kathmandu , youa��ll be taken to your hotel. While in Kathmandu you will have time fascinating Buddhist and Hindu temples and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions are highlighted on our guided tour. Therea��s time to explore the citya��s many charms on your own too.In the evening a delicious and traditional NEPALI WELCOME DINNER awaits you.Overnight in Kathmandu .
  • Day 02A�:KathmanduA�City Tour
    After breakfast, wea��ll visit Swayambhunath temple, and said to be 2000 years stupa on a hillock offers breath-taking view of Kathmandu City . We will then processed to Visit Pasupatinath and Bouddhanath.
    After lunch wea��ll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square , Patan (Lalitpur) a�� which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley a�� famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with wood, stones and metals.Overnight in Kathmandu .
  • Day 03A�:Kathmandu a�� Pokhara
    This morning you will be drive to Pokhara (200km.) The same is through picturesque valleys and mountains.Reach Pokhara by late afternoon. Enjoy one of the most beautiful Himalayan Panoramas in the world. The Annapurna and famous a�?Fishtaila�? mountain peak of Machhapuchhare tower over the tropical setting of Pokhara and you spend some time there as the scenic highlight of your trip sinks in.In the evening you will prepare for your trek to Poon Hill. Overnight in Pokhara.
  • Day 04 :Pokhara a�� Tikhedhunga (1491m.)
    After breakfast approx.730 AM drive to Nayapul (42km) 1.5 hr by Car via large village of Lumle and walk about 20 minutes to Birethanti, a large and prosperous town.
    The trail follows the main street of Birethanti, going through bamboo forests and past a large waterfall and swimming hole. Beyond a pasture used by pony caravans, the trail reaches Sudami where you have Lunch.
    After lunch climb steadily up the side of the valley, reaching Hile at 1495m near by Tirekhedhunga. Along the way, various hamlets offer ample camping possibilities but if Ghorepani is the objective for the next day it is better to push on to Tikhe Dhunga. Overnight in Tirkhe Dhunga.
  • Day 05 :Tikhedhunga a�� Ghorepani (2855m)
    From Tirkhedhunga the trail crosses a stream on a suspension bridge near the camp site at Tirkhedhunga. The trail ascends a steep stone staircase to the large Magar village Ulleri at 2070m. Above the village the trail climbs gently through pastures and cultivated fields. Proceed through the magnificent Rhododendron and Oak Forest .
    There is a hut with water and a small camp site about 1 hr. above Ulleri. The trail crosses two sparkling clear streams before making a short, final climb to Nangethanti. Your lunch spot will be Nangethanti.
    Thanti is a Nepali word meaning a�?rest housea�? or a�?Dharmasalaa�?. In the winter the trail can be covered with snow. From Nangethanti about one hours trek, climb to Ghorepani at 2850m. Overnight in Ghorepani.
  • Day 06:A�Ghorepani a�� Poon hill a�� Tadapani
    Wake up early morning at 5:30 AM and start your journey. Climb to Poon Hill (3195m) in around 1 hr. The same provides better and unobstructed views and sunrise over the high Himalayas . You can see lots of White Mountain Peaks from Poon Hill. After sunrise, youa��ll return to camp in time for breakfast.
    Ghorepani means a�?horse watera�? and it is no doubt a welcome watering stop for the teams of horses, mules and ponies that carry loads between Pokhara and Jomsom.
    From Ghorepani the trail climbs south on muddy path through the deep forests. It finally emerges on a grassy knoll that offers good mountain views a�� including views of Machhapuchhare (not visible from Grohrepani pass) and a panorama all the way south to the plains of India . It is similar to the views from Poon Hill.
    Climb along the ridge of pine and rhododendron forests to a maximum height of 3030 metres then descend to at a second pass called Deurali, at 2960 metres. The trails along the ridge hide the mountains. The same makes a steep, sometimes treacherous, descent on a narrow path alongside the stream, as the descent continues. The stream has some clear pools alongside the trail and finally becomes a series of waterfalls over a jumble of boulders. The steep descent becomes more gentle way as it reaches Banthanti. Stop for Lunch and it would be for 1 hour approximately.
    From Banthanti, the trail follows the stream down to a bridge where it again starts climbing, leaving the moist high mountain forests and entering a field of cane a�� making some ups and downs past to a vantage point called a�?Tadapani (2540 metres).
    It offers a brief view of the mountains. Tadapani means a�?far watera�?. The village water supply comes from a long distance away and usually takes porters more than half an hour to fetch a load of water.Overnight in Tadapani.
  • Day 07 :Tadapani a�� Landrung
    After an early breakfast start for Landrung a�� it takes approx. 6 hours from Tadapani.
    The trail descends through the forests and then terraced fields, to the Khummu Khola. The Ghandrung trail descends steeply from Tadapani, through forests and a short steep descend among rocks lead to a stream crossing. Then the descent continues gently over streams and finally leads out on the ridge to Ghandrung.
    Lunch spot for the day would be Ghandrung. Ghandrung is a huge Gurung village at 1940 metres and is the second largest Gurung village in Nepal and is a confusing cluster of closely spaced, slate-roofed houses. There are neatly terraced fields situated both above and below the town. There is a large handicraft factory at the top of Ghandrung. The views of Annapurna South from here are out-standing. Machhapuchhare, seen from here in its a�?fishtaila�? aspect, peeps over a forested ridge.
    From Ghandrung, descend all the way down hill to Sauli Bazaar. The down hill trail leads to the river and then climbs to Landrung a�� another Gurung village at 1550 metres. Overnight in Landrung.
  • Day 08 :Landrung a�� Dhampus
    From Landrung, Ita��s an easy walk past fields, a school and some unusual oval-shaped houses and descends to Tolka a�� a small settlement at 1710 metres, with several lodges along the trails. The trail emerges into the main Modi Khola Valley . The trail climbs through forests alive with birds, fern and orchids in to a huge side canyon of the Modi Khola.
    After crossing a stream on a suspension bridge at 1690 metres, the trail starts climbing back. First point will be Bichok (also known as Bheri Kharka). The trail then climbs through forests to a clearing on the top of the hill at 2010 metres, where there are great views of the mountains. (Actually there is no adjective describing the views. One has to experience the same)
    From Deurali all way is downhill to Dhampus at 1580 metres. It takes approx. 2 and A? an hour. The trail goes down through Pothana and a Police Check Post. At Dhampus, you are again rewarded with great views of the mountains that continue to improve as you ascend along the ridge. Overnight at Dhampus.
  • Day 09 :Dhampus a�� Pokhara
    From Dhampus, proceed all the way downhill through the villages to Phedi. Starting at an elevation of 1580 metres, in a village and then forests that is so overgrazed that the same look like a manicured municipal park, the trail goes down steeply to the ridge at Phedi at 1080mtres.A� It takes approx. 2 hours from here to catch up with the vehicles and drive back to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara.
  • Day 10 :Pokhara City Tour
    After breakfast proceed for sightseeing around Pokhara valley. Pokhara Valley is also called a�? Magic Land a�? or Dreamlanda�? of Nepal . Explore the various interesting places of Pokhara. Enjoy boating in Phewa Lake overlooking the region of Annapurna Areas, David Falls , Mahendra Cave and some Temples .Overnight in Pokhara.
  • Day 11 :Pokhara a�� Rafting a�� Royal Chitwan National Park
    After breakfast take a scenic drive to Chitwan, on the road that follow the Trisuli River for most of the distance. Along the drive to the rafting spot you will see beautiful sceneries.
    Rafting on the Trisuli River . This River is very popular as access to the Prithivi Highway makes a�?breaking offa�? the journey easy. Trisuli is also an ideal beginnera��s River. After few hours rafting drive to Chitwan National Park . Upon arrival, rooms are assigned and there will be a short briefing on the program and facilities of the Lodge.
    4:00 PM: Elephant-back safari: Guests will ride on an elephant to explore the jungle and wildlife. You will be able to see the one-horned rhinoceros, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard and, if lucky, the Royal Bengal tiger. This exciting ride lasts for 2-3 hours. 7:00 PM: Dinner in the central dining hall. Overnight at Chitwan.
  • Day 12 :Royal Chitwan National Park
    5:30 AM: Wake-up call followed by tea or coffee, then proceed on a Nature Walk. This encounter on foot with the environment will introduce the main features of eastern Chitwan. Sal forest, open grassland and reverie jungle. Our guides will help you identify some species of birds, plants and other wildlife that you may encounter.
    8:30 AM: Breakfast
    9:30 AM: Elephant briefing program: Learn more about these fascinating animals during a visit to our elephant stable. (For the brave ones there is even a crash course in riding and leading the elephants)
    1:00 PM: LUNCH. After lunch, Canoeing: A traditional dug-out canoe takes you on a silent trip down the Rapti river to view aquatic birds and the animals of the river banks. Back to resort through the Jungle.
    7:00 PM: Tharu Stick dance: Farmers of the nearby villages will show some of their traditional skills and dances.
    8:00 PM: Dinner around the campfire. Overnight at Chitwan.
  • Day 13 :Royal Chitwan National Park- Kathmandu
    5.30 AM: Bird Watching (or another elephant ride) after early morning tea/coffee.
    8.00 AM: Breakfast
    9.00 AM: Luggage down and departure
    9.30 AM: to Kathmandu . The actual program for your stay, will be given to you on arrival at Resort / camp. The activities are adjusted to the season and weather conditions. Naturally, it may not always be possible to follow this schedule to the minute and the circumstances may force us to alter the program at short notice. On safari in the jungle you will be accompanied by expert naturalists who will advise on safety procedures and we request you to respect their judgment at all times. If you wish to stroll in the forest alone, a guide will have to accompany you for your safety.

  • Day 14 :Departure
    A�After breakfast free for you until time to leave the international airport for your final destination.

  • Day 01:A�A�A�Kathmandu Arrival pick up & transfer to Hotel.
  • Day 02 : A�Kathmandu a��Chitwan
    Morning drive to Chitwan National Park upon arrival, lunch will be served, rooms assigned and there will A� be a A�short briefing on the program and our facilities.
    4:00 PM :A�Elephant-back safari: Guests will ride on an elephant to explore the jungle and wildlife. You will be able to see the one-horned rhinoceros, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard and, if lucky, the Royal Bengal tiger. This exciting ride lasts for 2-3 hours.
    7:00 PM :Dinner in the central dining hall. After dinner: Slide presentation. One of our jungle experts will introduce background data and history of the Royal Chitwan National Park as well as some other topics relating to wildlife. Your questions are most welcome.

    5:30 AM :A�Wake-up call followed by tea or coffee, then proceed on a Nature Walk. This encounter on foot with the environment will introduce the main features of eastern Chitwan. Sal forest, open grassland and reverie jungle. Our guides will help you identify some species of birds, plants and other wildlife that you may encounter.

  • A�Day 05:A� A�Lumbini a�� Tansen a�� Pokhara
    Morning tour of Lumbini the Birth place of Lord Buddha, the apostle of peace, and compassion and old monastery, images of Buddhaa��s mother Maya Devil, etc. are still preserved in Lumbini. Tansen: Drive to Tansen the most popular summer resort with far stretching views of the Himalayas. Tansen is a great rarity a Nepali town big enough to be interesting, yet so far utterly unspoiled. Set at 1400 meters on the southern side of the Mahabharat range in south central Nepal , ita��s an ideal hill station, with a marvellously fresh climate. On arrival, we will proceed for lunch before we start our tour. And drive to Pokhara.
  • A�Day 06: A�A�Pokhara a�� Nagarkot
    This morning we will have sightseeing tour to most of scenic places of a round the Pokhara valley, and on our drive to Nagarkot at 2300m. above sea level. this spot provides an excellent view of the huge Himalayan range, a lovely scenic spot. A spectacular view of the sunset, sunrise and Mount Everest can be seen on a clear day.

    After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur, Patan and Kathmandu for your sightseeing tours. Kathmandu Valley Tour


Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet and Welcome A�and transfer to the hotel, where there will be welcome refreshments and a tour briefing followed by room check-in-assistance.Rest of the day is free for optional programs at your own.Evening Welcome Dinner at an authentic Nepali restaurant with cultural programs.A�Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Half-day sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple, Swaymbhunath Stupa and Boudhanath Stupa.
After breakfast, get in to a waiting vehicle and proceed for half-day sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath, Swyambhunath, and Bouddhanath Stupa. Initially we will visit Pashupatinath Temple and then Boudhanath Stupa. Shortly, after lunch at a convenient restaurant we will proceed to Swayambhunath Stupa, which offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley beside itself being a holy shrine for Buddhist community.

Pashupatinath Temple

Pashupatinath is the temple of the Lord Shiva-the God, which is situated 5kms east from central Kathmandu on the bank of the river Bagmati. The temple was listed in UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1997 A.D.

Boudhanath Stupa

Here looms a 36-meter stupa amidst a locality inhabited by members of the Buddhist community. It is on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. It has 45 monasteries in its premises.

Swayambhunath Stupa.

a�?The Self Existing Onea�? is located 4 kilometers west of Kathmandu on a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley. It is the oldest shrine constructed about 2,000 years ago and a place of pilgrimage, which was listed in UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979 A.D. Day 03: Half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu and Patan City.
This is a day devoted to the pursuit of medieval art, architecture and history.A�After breakfast, get in to a waiting vehicle and drive through the colorful and bustling streets of Kathmandu city to visit Kathmandu Durbar Square. The major attractions of Kathmandu Durbar Square are:

Kathmandu Durbar Square/Hanumandhoka

Built between 12th to 18th centuries by the Malla dynasty Kings, the site is now on World Heritage List of UNESCO. The Durbar Square, with its old temples and palaces, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of the people.

Temple of Kumari (Kumari Ghar)- a�?The Living Goddessa�?

Temple of Kumari (Vestal Virgin), or a�?The Living Goddessa�?, is situated in the vicinity of Hanuman Dhoka Palace. The building has intricately carved wooden balconies with window screens and the a�?Kumaria�? acknowledges greetings from her balcony window.

Kasthamandap

Located near the temple of Kumari, it is said to have been built by King Laxmi Narsingha Malla in the beginning of the sixteenth century. It is said to be constructed from the wood of a single tree. The city of Kathmandu derives its name from this temple.

Day 04: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping & personal activities.

Day 05: Final departure.

Time for your magnificent journey to come to an end. Transfer to the Kathmandua��s Domestic Airport or drive back to Bhairahawa for your return home .
